UDP

Use WebSocket for persistent message connections. The current mesgd application does not start a UDP listener or expose a UDP port in its configuration.

The experimental mesgd_udp module is incomplete. Its startup and send functions disagree about the process name, its receive clause does not match the messages delivered by gen_udp, and its shutdown calls the TLS socket API. Calling it directly therefore does not provide a working alternative transport. UDP support requires implementation work before a client can depend on it.
